Return Eligibility
You can return products under the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Only clothing items are eligible for return or exchange.

Items marked as Final Sale, Accessories, or Innerwear are non-returnable.

Returns due to sizing issues are accepted provided the item meets return condition standards.
Exchange Policy

We allow one-time exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must also be placed within 7 days of delivery.

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, a credit note or refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days.

If you paid via:

Online Payment – Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Refund will be processed via UPI/bank transfer. We’ll contact you for the necessary details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Pickup Process

Return pickups are free for the first return/exchange.

Simply raise a return request through our website or contact customer support.

Our logistics partner will contact you for pickup within 2-4 business days.

In areas where pickup is not available, we may ask you to ship the item to us and reimburse the standard shipping cost.
Return Rejection
Returns will be rejected if:

Tags are removed or product appears used.

The item is returned after the 7-day window.
-
The product is damaged due to misuse.
If rejected, we will ship the item back to you and the return will not be processed.
